Minimum Class Requirement For Aerial: A minimum of 2 people is required for a class to run. If there are fewer than 2 participants, the class will be canceled. For Yoga: A minimum of 3 people is required for a class to run. If there are fewer than 3 participants, the class will be canceled. If a class is not running, you will be notified via email and through the app at least 3 hours before the class starts. Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy Reschedules/Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp to the admin. For morning classes (within 8am-12pm), rescheduling/cancellations must be done by 9:00 PM the day before the class. For afternoon and evening classes, rescheduling/cancellations must be done at least 6 hours before the class. If reschedule request is made after the specified time, it will be considered as “No Show”. No Show A penalty of Rp 100,000 will be applied for any no-show. Customers will not be able to attend any further classes until this penalty is paid in full. Late Arrival / No Show If a student is more than 10 minutes late for a class, they will be considered a "No Show" and will incur the applicable penalty. Class Modifications & Cancellations by Samasta Samasta reserves the right to modify or cancel classes if necessary. In such cases, pass holders will be notified, and alternative class options will be provided. Pass Activation The pass will be activated on the date of the first class attended, which must occur within 15 days of purchase. Non-Transferable This pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. Sharing the pass with others is prohibited. Booking Limit Policy Due to mass bookings and last-minute cancellations, each student is limited to a maximum of 3 active bookings at any given time. If you wish to book another class while you already have 3 active bookings, you must first finish one of your current bookings before being able to book the next one.
